i make them.
you need "crimp ends" and whatever clasp you want. i bought them at michaels, they even have kits to do them at walmart  your beads need to have wide holes.

Thanks for the info. Your necklace is beautiful. I was thinking of making one for a swap I'm entered in. I have a pendant just needed to figure out how to do the ends of the ribbon. Thanks

very pretty!! my dd has one similar with a ballet slipper square charm and a pink ribbon and she loves it I don't have to worry about her crying cause of her hair getting caught on a chain .
