~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I just cut off a ton of play pants for Jess this summer. They would look super cute ith ribbon hems- and cute enough to wear to town.
I lined a lamp shade (top and bottom) like that(for my desk in my classroom- school colors ). I just hot glued since it was not being 'worn' and then covered the 'seam' w/ a nice piece of ribbon on top. It turned out too cute!!! I also added rhinestones to jazz it up a bit! My students love it.
I am going to start a boutique business out of my home and one of the things I will be creating is the ribbon tab jeans and skirts, ribbon embellished shirts, purses, hairbows (of course)- I also am going to do those ribbon tab minkys (and other handmade/sewn clothing items). They are super cute- I must agree, pretty darn easy to do for the person who doesn't mind sewing a little. So neat how you can use ribbon for a lot of things
