I've never ordered from them but I think RABOM carries some of their ribbons and I assume the quality is good.

I read somewhere that the customer services is not super good. Like if you order 5 rolls of ribbon. they may ship them in 3 packages and charge shipping 3 times.

All above are not my experiences. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
