I am new to bow making and need to get some basic supplies. I saw the ribbon on this site and love it. But, has anyone bought from that site before? I don't want to spend a lot of money if it is not great quality too. TIA!

I've never ordered from them but I think RABOM carries some of their ribbons and I assume the quality is good.

I read somewhere that the customer services is not super good. Like if you order 5 rolls of ribbon. they may ship them in 3 packages and charge shipping 3 times.

All above are not my experiences. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
