While many stay away because of the obvious partnership she has with Glenna, some still use her because of her "service".

I have mixed feelings about this ribbon supplier. I love the products - just received mine in the mail. But I had to wait 17 days and two emails after ordering before I received my product - with no reason or apology for the delay. Not too happy about that, but I do like the supplies I received.

She should actually be BETTER then most suppliers to prove that she is really going to make it in the ribbon world. Apparently she is just as bad as you know who. I will NOT buy from her.

I thought- I will give her an honest shot- wait a little bit and see how things go. It's only been a little bit and wow- there are problems!

you know i might get hated by most because of this post but i really don't care...
We have gone over this subject MILLIONS of times.
We all just about know how EVERYONE feels on this subject and about these people..Some like them/her most don't
I don't understand why this needs to keep being brought up here
Let people judge for themselves..let people find out for themselves...
I don't know why post on this particular subject keeps being brought up here as we all know how it will end..
People will start getting pissed, start expressing their feelings..there will be bickering back and fourth and the thread will get closed....
I am sure alot of us have the link to your blog in our favs if we want to know whats going on we wil go there... I for sure don't like to come on and this be the first thing i read!!!!!!!
and i personally think this should get closed NOW before it gets outta hand

I think that's a great idea! I know there's a lot that went on here and a lot of hard feelings about certain suppliers, but I do want to know people's honest experiences with suppliers are so I know what to expect when I'm ordering from them or *whether* I should order from them. I'm not trying to cause trouble or stir things up, but I do think it is important to know others opinions, then I can make up my own mind whether ordering from someone is a good idea and whether the pros outweigh the cons. Nobody and no business is perfect and I'm sure there are many who have had quick shipping from LaciJos (and as I said, I am very happy with the actual product I received). But to me it would be helpful to know that 'x person' liked the product, but was not happy with shipping time... Ok, now I'm rambling, but kwim?

Sorry, I have to disagree. There are new members who join this forum all the time. Not everyone knows the history of what happened with Glenna. It might be a heated topic for some, but I think learning about issues you might encounter from a particular seller (if you are new to this and totally clueless) then yes it is very helpful.

Everyone has a choice to decide what they want to read and what they do not. If this is an old topic for you and you have moved on, great . If you are new and want to learn some sellers other bow makers have had problems with, then at least you can read all about it. If you don't think you will be so unlucky as some of us, then feel free to try out Gleena.

Knowledge is power!

It was an update. We all have choices: choices to read a post, choices not to. Choices to order from a vendor, choices not to. Newcomers appreciate being able to make an informed choice. Adding an ugly comment is a choice as well; not always socially appropriate, but a choice we can make or not.
