Ribbon Roses

Would anyone be wiling to make me some ribbon roses?(i hope thats what they are called)
They will be for our own personal use, no selling!

Rachel made my daughter some and she loved them , and wants more but i have no idea how to make them!
We would like 4 each of Red, Yellow, and White!
You would need to be able to accept a Money Order and I understand you do not need or will not start on the order till the Money order is recieved and has been cleared

here are the ones rachel sent, they don't have to look exactly like hers as long as they are roses we are happy

as far as what i am willing to pay, i don't know, i have no idea how much roses alone are worth
