has anyone ordered from parksbird.com before? i ordered my patterns a while back ago everything downloaded great except for one of the documents..i go to open it and it opens in word and just shows up as boxes. what the heck? what should i do?

I have ordered from her in the past. I had no problems. Just contact her and let her know that it wont open, Im sure she will resend it
