Birthday Shirt for my son

My son will be 2 tomorrow so I made this for him. I haven't stitched it yet, and I am debating if I will since he will only wear it for a couple of hours. I think it should be okay without stitching. (Tell me if it won't!!)

Not the fabric I wanted for the background but you work with what you have when you forget about it until the day before!!!
