Anyone else hate E6000??

Am I the only one this stuff doesn't work for?? It doesn't stick! I tried it because I was getting tired of using my glue gun (which I have a LOW and need to get a HIGH) but I absolutely hate the E600. Am I using it wrong?

It sticks!

It cures totally in 24 hrs.

Look at the back of the tube under Direction: #8.

lol...i hear ya.. That's the thing about E6000 plus the fume too...
I think I'm *immune* to that smell now...

LOL! I have that problem too. But E6000 really does hold well. I use it mostly for smaller pieces of ribbon, crystals, and a few other things that I really want to hold well and don't mind waiting the 24 hours to dry.

Oh and I can't stand the smell. I put a tiny bit on an index card, use it and then stick the card outside til it's dry before I throw it away just so I can get the smell out of the house. LOL

Ok, so I guess I won't throw it out. lol. I do have some crystals I need to put on a bow so I'll use that. Thanks.

Yeah, I hate working with it also. But I do 'cause it does hold. I use a toothpick also. Can't put the top anymore though. Just let the goo dry up then everytime I want to use it, I peel the hard stuff off.

i use toothpicks too for my flatback crystals Unless, it's a rush rush, i use the hotfix. But, honestly, i feel *safer* if the crystals are hold down w/ E6000.

I had to throw mine away it stunk up my house so bad, I couldn't stand it anylonger, lol
