Default What do you use for lining clips

I've been stalking this forum for a day or so and I've seen where some use FabriTac. (I was leaning more on getting this to get started) Then I see where some say Fabritac is not good for adhering fabric to metal. Others say use a High Temp Glue Gun. Don't own one of these but I don't mind getting one...however I see a bunch of different ones and my head is spinning with what to get? I also have e-6000 already but was hoping to only use that for attaching to lined clips not lining clips. Such a simple question but me being me....it's complex. Thanks ladies...

I use the double sided specialty tape to line my clips. I have also used hot glue. Definately a good idea to get a hot glue gun. I have one that has both high and low temp.

Hope that helps!

I'm pretty much the sam as the previous poster..
I started out using high temp glue gun, then switched to specialty double sided tape. But I would definitly say you should still get a glue gun if you're planning on making hair acccessories

I have a cheapy high temp glue gun I bought from Hobby Lobby and it works just fine. I think I paid less than $5 for it. I might eventually invest in a more expensive one that doesn't have a cord and has both high and low temp, but for now this is fine. To answer your question, I use hot glue. I would like to try tape but the glue works for now.

I use hot glue. One of my coworkers that makes bows uses double sided tap and all her bows seem to fall apart... It could be the quality of the tape, not sure, but I am too scared to use it!

I use both glue gun and/or double sided tape, depending on what I'm making, or the mood I'm in.

Sometimes the tape will loose it's stick, and then I just slide a bit of glue in with a toothpick.
