Default Cuttlebug vs big shot

Which one do you think is better? I need it for cutting fabric more than for scrapbooking. TIA

I had the cuttlebug for a year, then my dd broke it and now I am so glad she did! I got a BIG Shot and I LOVE it, 100 times better than the cuttlebug. It cuts 8 fabric circles or flowers out at a time easily. I got a circle diecut and I have been making fabric flowers like crazy because I have so many fabric circles cut out, which is the hardest part. I got it on Joanns.com with free shipping for $69.

I would say it depends on what type of fabric. After researching the two, Big Shot can cut thicker fabric, or more layers (depending on thickness). I am sure someone with more knowledge will chime in.

Get a Big Shot. I have worked with both and I feel the big shot is more heavy duty and can hold up better with lots of uses. I have a big shot and have cut lots of fabric with it without a problem! I'm talking several layers of flannel and it went through like it was paper! Have fun!

I appreciate your opinion. Is good to know directly from someone as you who has uses both of them.
