Default Which diecutter?

There are so many die cutting machines now that I have no idea which is best! I am wanting one mainly for cutting felt. Any suggestion or recommendations for which is best for this? Also, are most cartridges interchangeable even if they're a different brand?

I have the cuttlebug. I use the nestabilities and cuttlebug die cuts to cut fabric, paper and felt. You just need to have plate C to use with other brand die cuts.
