hot fix transfer paper

i bought some hot fix iron motifs from a lady--but thought i would like to give it a try myself on making them--so i am looking for the iron transfer paper to do it--anyone know where i can get it? i found some on ebay, but wanted to look for a few options!

also--how do you do the designs? the lady that sent me the file for one of the things she made for me and it was in dots--so i was wondering what program i do it in.

You would need the Mylar Paper. Got mine from HotFix Queen - SWAROVSKI HOT FIX RHINESTONES ~ Lowest Price on the net with FREE SHIPPING .

In dots? As in, it's a design, right? You don't need a program for it. You just print it out, place the Mylar Paper with the Sticky side up on top of the designs and start placing the crystals by following the dots.

Hi Judy...gonna chime in... Remember my blinged turtle bow? That was done just by following the turtle pic that I printed out from Gymbo. No design. Just freehand.

Forgot to add something. If it's a design i.e flower, object etc etc etc, make sure you always start/work from the inside of the design. If it's a Font design, start at end of the letter, it don't matter top or bottom.

Yes. For sanity sake, I highly recommend getting one. Oh, you would need the L-shape tweezer. Got mine at HL but am sure you can find it anywhere.
