Mine is from walmart too and it also drips too much and leaves strings every where! Drives me crazy!

I just bought that one yesterday. It's my first time using the hi-temp as-tech glue gun. It's been plugged in all day and is not dripping at all.

I bought the ad-tech dual temp that can go cordless from wal-mart as well, it does drip. I grew up with my mom having a glue gun that always had giant blobs of glue under it where it dripped, so the occasional small drip from this one didn't seem too bad, and I expected it to leak.

Although if there's one out there that doesn't drip, that might be nice. I am always seeing people leaving their operating glue guns on their sides, is that just because it's easier to put it that way while making bows, or does that somehow prevent the dripping?
