Embroidery Machine?

I have an embroidery machine and I hardly ever use it. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to incorporate my embroidery machine with making hair bows? Do you use it mainly for making appliques?

I'm just getting started but - I make pillow case dresses so I sew and attach a bow.

I monogram grosgrain ribbon and make a boutique bow.

I make the grosgrain ribbon only headbands and monogram on the ribbon and use the ouchless pony-os to make the actual headband - tooo cute!

I want to make the letter buttons but I can't find them in my area.

My hubby bought me the Singer Futura and I'm loving every second of it - after the first few trials of course - I was ready to throw it out the window - come to find out - it was user error!! LOL

I have a Husqvarna Viking Rose. I originally planned to use the embroidery on my quilting. It just seemed like you have to buy so much thread. I might have to dig it out and give it a try.

You can buy thread wholesale in LA (if you are anywhere near it)

you can buy online on ebay for the thread.. i bought 50 differnt thread colors for 50ppd..
