Default Awesome Ribbon rack!!

Well I have decided to use the play room that the kids don't use all that often and make my own little craft room aka Ribbon room!

It is a really small room so I was searching for ways to have my ribbon displayed and at the ready. I wanted to make sure I could see it all. I do have a few 100 yard rolls but mostly 20 yard rolls. So it had to be adjustable. This is what I found and it looks fairly easy to set up just have to figure out what I need to buy from home depot.

I use something kinda similar in design, but slightly different. I use dowel rods hung by curling ribbon on the ends. I just slide the rolls on the dowels. The first row is tied to hooks on the ceiling, the each row after is tied to the dowel above. Works well for the smaller rolls, but wouldn't be good for the larger rolls- to heavy. Very cheap and effective!

If you can print out the pic and take it with you, I would. It looks like steel/metal rods to hold the ribbon - which I highly suggest anyway. Wooden dowels will break if you put too much weight on them. Doesn't look like it would cost more than $20 to make one.

Hope you post pics if you make one!!
