Let me also add that I sold my tutu & headband today for $55 and got 2 more orders as well. I made my $7.50 back but even if I hadnt it was worth it.

That's my thought process on it too. I will make well over that 7.50 back on the first tutu so it's worth it to me.

Good for you!!

I bought the tut and don't have any plans on making one anytime soon! I just wanted to see how it was made and to have it for when I have more time to make one. Although by then they won't be so unique and special anymore. Oh well, I thought it was worth the $$.

I'll be honest...I jumped the bandwagon, too. The instructions weren't as easy as I thought they would be. I'm pretty sure if I had read over that thread, I could have figured it out...I just thought her instructions might give me an easier way to do it. Not to put them down or anything...but it's still really complicated to make. Heck, I wish I would have thought of the tutorial first....She is making a killin' ...LOL!

Yeah I dont know how they will do over time bc im in a very small town but I knew the owner of a local high end boutique that buys from me would fall in love with it for her new grandbaby...I just got lucky 2 of the customers in the store wanted one as well. I couldnt sell them for alot less due to the time it takes to make them...maybe I'll get faster after the next 2 but right now it takes several hours to make one. But im proud that I can make something other than bows now....

I agree. I had a hard time when I read though the instructions. Hopefully with some practice and reading though it over and over I'll be able to understand what I'm doing. I don't normally make Tutus so that is probably why I don't understand it.

I have only paid for one tutorial and I bought it because I wanted to see if there was anything different than what I already knew or had seen for free. There wasn't - but again, what people spend their money on is their own business.
