Default Highly recommend--American Tag HomePro LR setter

I want to make ribbon storage boxes. Need eyelet setter. Did some research and found the article below:

http://reviews.ebay.com/Comparing-Ey...00000000868730

At last, I pickemd American Tag HomePro LR setter. Because what I need are:

1. perfect set everytime
2. time saving
3. long reach.

This setter has 6" throat so I can use it to punch hole and set eyelet on the box.

Bought one on eBay for $40 plus $12 shipping. The tool come with 3/16" hole punch die and 3/16" eyelet setting die.

Love it. It's the 1st time in my life to set the eyelets. This tool didn't let me down. Here is my project.

I never saw a ribbon storage box like that before, what an awesome idea. I believe it is the answer to the ribbon mess occupying my kitchen table.

Michelle, how did you fit so many in there? They are without the cardboard spooly thing (sorry, lack of better word), aren't they?

I have seen these done before, but with shoes boxes. Michelle, yours looks so much more professional. Great job!

I have a question about the spools too. Do you have your ribbon on spools in the box, or off the spools? Who all prefers off the spool rather than on the spool and why?
I just ordered a bunch of ribbon and wondering where I am going to store it all. Thanks
Tiffany

I post the 'inside' picture in another thread (I think it's how to make ribbon storage box). In this box, I store ribbon off the spools. Those are ribbons I ordered before and they come without spools. Now I think RABOM start using spool and most of ribbons I sell are on spools. I think people preper off the spool because they are smaller so 1 box can hold more (like mine). But I don't think you want to take the ribbon off the spool and roll them again
