Default Best website builder

Does anyone have any suggestions on which site to go to to build a webpage? With no hidden fees.

I started out with Yahoo! SiteBuilder. It was free with my hosting and domain registry, and I didn't have to pay their setup fee since our internet is through them. It was easy to use and I've been quite happy with it. My only trouble now is that I know enough about html to want to try and rewrite the whole thing from scratch. Silly me, eh?

Do they let you receive payments or no?
