Exclamation Hot Fix Tool?

i'm wanting to get a hot fix tool and was wondering if anyone had this one and if it was a good one. If it isnt can you suggest one that is? I know a couple of people that have bought them from michaels and hobby lobby and said they were cheap and didnt work well. i dont even know if this is the same one they sell.TIA

i use a cheap glue gun, just stick the tip on it, but don't load the glue gun. it works great, and much cheaper. you can get a cheap glue gun at the dollar store.

i use this one. i'd give it a 7 out of 10 only because sometimes the rhinestone gets stuck inside the applicator and i need to use a tweezer to get it out.

idk what you are using it for (big job or small job) but when i need to put crystals on my bows or clippies i just use tweezers and my wood burning tool... lol!

my friend has the one that you are looking at and she really likes it, i have a diff one can't remember the name of it right now, but mine does not have the little hole for you to put the Jewel on it just has a flat piece and i love mine if i have more than on thing to put on at a time in small group i can get them all at once. i will try and look and see what brand i have and let you know

I agree with pookilicious. I'd give mine a 7 for the same reason, but I use an embroidery needle to "unstick" the stone and still keep it in place on the ribbon. Oh, I have the one that you posted. Good Luck.

I have one as well (although mine is blue) and I have to agree with the other ladies ~ the stones do get stuck sometimes and it is a major PAIN in the booty!! When it works right, it is FANTASTIC, but I don't use it that much because I hate when it jams.
