I'm pretty sure she's always running a "sale".

I'm with everyone else though....Almost everything you need to know can be found for free.

Thank you for all the tips. I have found a lot of free instructions, and I'm part Scottish so I really do hate to part with my money (HA!), but she's having a sale so I wondered if it was worth it or not.

Thanks muchly
This might be a bit bold, but why doesn't she have clear pictures of what her finished bows look like on the home page? I stumbled on her blog, which shows a couple youtube videos. They're not boutique quality bows IMO. I would NOT suggest this set of instructions based on the end products. She has not perfected her own technique yet.

You seem really interested in these instructions. Honestly, I'm shocked that you weren't more excited to see all the free links I just dropped (most people won't. They will expect you to do your own leg work). I'd just hate to see you spend your hard-earned money and end up with bows that look like that

Is it the word "secrets" that intrigues you? What are you wanting to know?

Exactly. I'd like to see lots of examples of her finished products...It makes me nervous that she isn't showing off her abilities...Where is the proof that she has amazing skills that she can share with us?

There are some AWESOME bow makers on here that sell tutes, like lynn and her roses. I would be much more willing to spend money on lynn's tutes, because I can see that she does truly amazing work.

Yeah, the "1000" caught my eye... and I do appreciate the links to the free sites, I have a whole bookmarks folder dedicated to them
As I said, I got a notice about a sale, and so I was curious... the consensus definitely seems to be to give them a pass, and so I shall.

Thanks again!

If you are new and need help with techniques, I would say that templates would be a HUGE help for you. I think either people can make bows or not. And if you are a "not" , templates are going to be your best bet

There are tons of free resources out there:
http://www.girlythingsbows.com/
http://makebowsandmore.blogspot.com/
http://www.hair-hardware.com/
http://www.theribbonretreat.com/cust..._projects.aspx

Just do a search on here and on google for "free hair bow instructions".
Then pay for what you can't find and what people won't share with you (chances are if they won't share it, they paid for it & can't)
Thanks for posting these Shelley! I have been making bows for 5 years now and didn't know about a couple of these. Though I do know how to make them, I still love to read the tutorails to compare them with the own techniques, (that I made up... LOL!)
