heat press?

I am in the market for a heat press machine to personalize items such as clothing. I really want an embroidery machine, but can't afford the ones I like...
So I have a few questions about heat presses.
Do you have a heat press to apply rhinestones or other things? If so, please tell me about it.
What size is it?
Where did you get it?
Would you have been more happy with a different one?
Anything else?

i found it on craigs list. i paid only $200 for it. its a commercial one, so i know i got a really great deal.

i use it for transfers and rhinestone appliques.
