Can anyone tell me if Raboms shipping time has improved since christmas time? I ordered from them way back in Dec and had to cancel due to long ship time, I was hoping it was better now. Any help is appriciated!

I ordered umm.. a few weeks ago. I ordered during a huge sale, and it took 3 days after the order was placed to have it shipped. I paid for priorty mail (I always do with them) and got it 2 days after that. So about 7 days total. The sale was to good to pass up! (20% off grosgrain)

Yeah--it just took a week for my order to even ship!!

I placed an order on Jan 7, and used priority shipping 2-3 day and I didn't get it until Jan 18.. This was probably the longest it took to receive an order from them

i got an order from them that was incomplete, which happens... but i kept waiting and waiting for the rest to ship, and it never did, so i finally contacted them and lo and behold, it shipped that day. i felt like i should not of had to remind them to complete my order!

I forgot to mention that I am only a few hours from them- so maybe that's why I get fast shipping.

where are they? I emailed them back in Dec and they told me they would pull my invoice but by that time I had already gotten my ribbon somewhere else. I was hoping that since the holidays were past they had gotten a little faster!
