Glue is not sticking!!!

Does anyone know of a good glue I can can get and glue gun, the one I have is a Ad-Tech but I am trying to make hair clips and the fabric seems to come unstuck after awhile???

I use an Ad-tech and my ribbon sticks fine. Are you using high-temp?

I use Ad-Tech, as well, and I've never had this problem either. Are you using hi-temp (as mentioned above), and adhering your ribbon right away (as opposed to waiting a few seconds or more)?

I'm using a high temp hot glue gun and it made a world of difference.

I use terrifically tacky tape to adhere the ribbon to the clip and then fabri-tac to do any ribbon on ribbon or fabric, and e6000 for resins or bottle caps. I've never had any luck with glue guns either, however the fabric glue sticks that go in them are great but you have to be SUPER careful not to mess up because it is white and WILL show! HTH

Yes, AdTech high temp glue, with a high temp glue gun. Both are key to getting a good hold. One without the other and it won't work as well.

read the package of glue sticks to make sure it is for metal. I used to use high temp and it didn't hold well. Read the package and it wasn't recommended for metal!!!! So I switched to multi temp with no problems since
