okay so once again i am lost! I have asked several people in the craft stores for this E6000 glue, is it an actual glue like fabritac or is it a special glue gun? Thank you so much for your help, your bows are such an inpiration!

It's an actual glue, not for a glue gun. It smells pretty bad, but it works amazingly well. Before getting my new glue gun, I used it for everything. One of the way that I found really helpful in getting rid of the smell is to leave your bow outdoors to air out (for an entire day) and the smell is gone by the next day or two .

You can buy E6000 at glue sections at craft stores and it is in a tube (they are usually by the glue gun stuff). Michaels, Joann and Walmart carry them. But Walmart is $1 cheaper, I believe.

Hope that helps .

Wow...kleenex...what a great idea!! I use the aleene's spray stiffener, and it dries pretty quickly. But I'm gonna use the kleenex and see what happens

Will any brand of spray starch do???
I bought some stiffen stuff but the spray nozzle keeps clogging.
I had to transfer it to a different spray bottle 3 times & keeps clogging them all.
Maybe it was old.

Is it the Aleene's spray stiffener. If you wipe the nozzle off and put the lid firmly back on it...it doesn't clog...at least mine never has. I like it because it's non toxic. Maybe you could also dilute it in spray bottle?

that's the brand I use. too...I've never had a problem with it clogging and I've gone through three bottles, lol! Hair dryer works for drying these fast as well.
