I have never bought anything off the web either. An awesome friend shared some tips with me, but other than that I've used the web and a lot of trial and error, lol.

I've been wanting to buy the TOTT's instructions. My birthday is at the end of the month and i think this will be my birthday gift to me. Do TOTT's really come with videos? That would be so more helpful then following instructions sometimes.

The videos are on the website, but after you purchase your instructions you will have access to the videos.
