People in this area would never pay that much.

Not surprising. I'm in Sacramento, too. In a rush of pregnancy induced shopping, I paid $30 for a crochet beanie with a flower on it. Even if the jewel was a Swar, there is no way it was worth it.

Goes to show some people have more money than they do sense!!!

Even if I was a gazillionaire there is no way I would spend that much!

It makes me wonder if she's making more by selling more expensive items, or is she hurting her bottom line?

I think that people that have the money to pay for that think oh its expensive so that means its better quality...kind of like we do with like coach handbags ya know? Although I personally wont spend that much on a purse I would love to have one haha. But the thing is they get them for the same price we do and are marking them obviously waaaay up and there is no "higher" quality to them...but people think there is.

I'm one of the dummies that overpaid for a simple boutique headband~ yep it was posh petals couture... At the time I had never seen anything like it and though I'm not made of money I'm the type that would rather have 3 bows for my girl that i love, love, love then to have 12 that are so, so. So, when you think about the value of a pair of shoes is the price divided by the # of times you wear them it all works out. Lucky for me, it costs much less to make my daughters items that I love, love, love. But, I would never have the nerve to charge that much. Funny what people will pay for something they love!
