Best plastic headbands??
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi everyone!
I am searching for the best most comfortable plastic headbands that are out there for my little hair accessories business... but I am looking for ones that are made for adults. I thought that maybe you ladies (and maybe some gents) would be the experts on this and could give me some good advice. Also, who are your favorite suppliers? For headbands, hair clips etc...
