Looking for Jumbo or Biggie Dot Ribbon?

Ladies, I've seen some ribbon with the Jumbo Dots, aka Biggie Dots, I beleive. But I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone tell me where to get my hands on it? I prefer wholesale but any will do for now.

I'm not sure I like the big dots very much, maybe in a layered bow as the base.

I think there is an ebay seller that has a ton of those type dots. I've been wanting some 'cause I like 'em (at least in pictures).

Does it look like the top 2 loops of her boutique bows are smaller than the bottom loops? If so, why is she doing that?
