~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Did I make a good choice? I want to make the fabric and felt covered clippies.
there was a large link on cuttlebug for clippies recently. Wool felt cuts like a dream, whereas acrylic being thicker did not. For fabric, I bonded 2 pieces together for a neater finish, and was told to put another layer of card between the perspex sheets to get the clean cut. Although the sheets do warp, I find that they still cut and I rotate them round. With Cuttlebug, I have bought other brand dies and they have all worked great.
Oops - started another thread instead of updating this one. I didn't try fabric but it wouldn't cit through ribbon. I'm bummed. I wanted to cover snap clips in fabric and ribbon to match my daughter's outfits.
