Sweet, I asked for one for Christmas and my husband had no clue what it was so he'll probably google it and find something expensive. I'm gonna give him this!

That looks great!

What kind of camera do you have and what setting do you have it on?

I have one of the professional light boxes (gift for my bday) and for the life of me the pics look blue or pink. I have adjusted the lights, done photo editing and even adjusted my white balance and I am still stuck

Any ideas? Your pic looked great!

I should say I have slightly larger items to photograph, but still.....

My camera is a Cannon SX130 point and shoot. Nothing fancy by any means. I just use the auto setting.

Found a neat idea online. Instead of making a box, use an opaque tupperwear container as your box. Cover the outside with fabric for the same diffuse effect.

I bought everything to try this. I'll let you know how it turns out.

So I bought a large clear tupperwear storage bin, two flood lights with daylight bulbs and some poster board to use as a background. I also bought some white fabric to diffuse the light.

It works great. It turns out that the fabric is a little heavy with the container so I switched to tissue paper, which is perfect. I got some great shots with no shadows taken inside!
