Default Garage photo studio

Ok so I am wondering how a little mini studio would work in my garage. I don't have any where else to do pictures of my models for winter. My kiddies are going to be doing a lot more modeling and I want to get some backdrops and be able to shoot some int he garage. Advice for lighting? I was thinking about getting a backdrop set with the big light umbrellas. Do you think this is a good idea? Im used to doing all outdoor photos so Im learning. Also if anyone has any backdrops they are tired of or want to destash message me please with what you have and prices. I love silverlining's backdrops but it is going to be a slow build up.
