Default Please critique my bows!!!

I am a new bow maker and would like your input. These are 3 layer bows. I use roughly 3-4 yards of ribbon in each bow. Bows are 4-5 inches in length. Any and all opinions/tips are welcome - the good, the bad and the ugly! Also, what should I charge per bow? Some bows have bottle caps, others flat back resins and some with just a knot. Do y'all charge more for bottle caps/resin bows? Thanks!! Morgan

The bow, the white & red stripe one, is upside down. Also make sure you heat seal your ends!

Very festive! I think of fireworks too, and really good job for being a new bow maker! They will just get better and better with time and practice, you are doing great! And I'd make your sprays a little longer so they can be seen behind the bow and be sure to heat seal your ends.

I do charge more for my bows with bottlecaps, usually $1 more.

Thank you all!! I do heat seal. I find that the stripe ribbon doesn't seal as well, and often burns, any tips? I do not seal korker ribbon, should I?

What do y'all sell your bows for? I am REALLY struggling with pricing.

for ribbon that burns easy you just have to try moving the lighter over it quicker, maybe go over it a few times fast and yes def. seal your korker ribbon too

Rule #1 of bow making SEAL ALL ENDS NO MATTER WHAT! like the pp said move your lighter over it quickly, that will reduce the chance of it burning

Also your striped bow is upside down You're bow is super cute though!!

Pricing...depends on where you live...I could get $7 in the boutique I sell in...online I could get $10-13...just depends on your customers....
