Really neat free online photography course

I'm no photo professional, however it's a hobby of mine when I have the time and I'm currently working on upgrading to a newer camera. I've never taken a photography course since time and $$ won't allow it, but while browsing around looking at photography stuff, I came across this and after the first 2 lessons, I've already added a lot of knowledge to my amateur status.

I'll def be looking into it.......The Best Scrapbooking Supplies On The Web - Two Peas in a Bucket also has a pretty cool 12 week free online course with if you ever wanted to check it out.......talks about exposure, portraits, landscapes, pets, sports pics.....all types of great info!

I also HIGHLY recommend the forum at TexasPhotoForum.com for anyone who is even semi-serious about making their photos better. LOADS of excellent tips, information, and examples! I've already learned a ton from them and they have been a great help at recommending the best places to purchase new equipment.

With all this new camera info, I ABSOLUTELY CAN'T WAIT for my new Canon Rebel XTi to get here!!! I paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping and the shipping tracker is estimating 6 days. Ack, it's killing me to wait!

Thanks for all the links. I bookmarked every one. I just got a Canon Digital Rebel xti and I absolutely LOVE it. But my picture taking skills could use a little improvement. LOL

Tonya- You waiting on your camera reminds me of me waiting on mine. LOL I ordered it online and it kept getting delayed. After 2 weeks, I said forget it and went and bought one in the store and returned the online one I had bought. LOL
