They will cost you some money. Not sure of any other place that sells them cheaper.

What kind of camera do you have? You can achieve that when you take the picture. The blurry background is called bokeh, and if you search I did a post about how to achieve it.

Right now I just have a point and shoot Canon Powershot....but Santa is bringing me the Canon T1i...The trouble I have right now is shooting my kids...If I put it on portrait mode the whole picture turns out blury b/c the kids move. If I put it on the kid mode or action mode then the whole picture is in focus...I just want my cute lil' peanut in focus with a cute lil' bow in her hair and then all the background blurry!

Do you have a macro setting on your camera? It usually looks like a little flower. If so, put it on that, zoom the camera in as close as it will go, and then walk yourself backwards until what you want is in the shot. That *should* work a little better for what you want the end result to be.

I think there might be actions out there to do it in Photoshop, (I don't use Photoshop, I use something else) but you'll be better off in the end if you can get it in the first place when you take your photo.

OK, I will try that. Hey thanks for the tip! And I only have Photoshop Elements 7, if that makes a difference...
