mine aren't that neat either, but I guess it is hard to see. I took you photo and got a little closer to edge, do you think it looks any better?

Ok, I made a tutorial with some screen shots in Word. Not sure how I can attach it here. I tried but it won't work. I guess I could email it to anyone who wants it??? Unless someone can tell me how to get it posted??

I picked a really hard picture to start with, but I think it's ok...I just used the smalled possible "pencil tool" on gimp and blew the picture up to 200. I tried another pic to see and I'm not sure about it...it's a crocheted hat I made and the original pic was with my dd wearing it...

I use Gimp. It takes a while but gets easier with use.
