Default Sharing Pictures of the Starlet La Fleur Vintage Flower I made....

Worked on this this evening. I bought the tutorial on Snazziedrawers...still trying to figure it all out but I think this isn't bad for a first try?? I go back and forth on whether I should put some Frizz-Ease on the silk or not. I liked the idea of leaving it off b/c it always seems to leave a stain...Any thoughts?? My plan is to make these flowers into a headband for a newborn. Let me know what you think! I can take the heat. Thanks! XOXO Amy

It's very cute. How hard is it to make? I always want to try new things, but don't seem to have much patience these days. :-)

Gorgeous! I bought the tut last week and haven't attempted these yet but I plan on trying it this week sometime. It's on my to-do list.
I love the frayed look of your fabric. Maybe I missed it, but what kind of fabric did you use? On some of her pics it looks like she sort of singed the edges of the silk bc they didn't look frayed. Does it look like that to you?
also, did you use the hand-sew method or the machine method?
