Default I purchased this headband for $14 7 years ago

Today while looking through some old photos I found this one of my now 7 year old daughther Natalia Camille. I purchased this headband from a boutique in a local mall. I paid 14 dollars for it and it looks ok from far away but it was actually a little faded. the leaves were kinda worn out. I had no choice and had to purchase it to put something on her hair for the pics.

I remember A week later I went to a local ribbon/textile mill and purchased some headbands, ribbon and flower and made 12 headbands and only spent $18 in supplies.

I went around town to friends and friends of friends and sold them for 5 dollars a piece. Needless to say I made my investment with my first client.

Now seven years later I find myself making bows. lol

I guess back then It didn't hit me to keep making them and selling around my town. Bummer!!!!

just wanted to share!!!

I did the same thing not too long ago. I bought 10 clippies the first time I visited No $lippy Hair Clippy for my daughter. That's $8 per clip for a total of $80.

I don't know what I was thinking. I'm usually a frugal person but I was just desperate to get something for my daughter's hair that won't slip. Oh well, I know better now.

I did the same exacty thing...except they were braided headbands...$9.00 a pop. I didn't think I had a choice. Now I can't believe that it takes so little ($) to make them and you can sell them for $9 bucks or MORE!

Oh, and your little one was such a beautiful angel baby!
