I have the Canon Rebel XT. I'm sure I don't know half of what it can do, but I use it mainly for ebay pics and nature shots. It is a great camera though. I also have a Sony Cyber Shot ... THAT is one great little camera. I use that for everything else.

Don't always assume that you have to get a bigger fancier camera to take great pics! They make some really great camera's that fit in the palm of your hand these days!

I took this w/my Sony: (I did alter them - obviously LOL)

And this w/my Canon (I love the illusion I got from where I was standing)

Those are some great pics! Thanks for all the helpful advice ladies. I'm so excited to get a new camera. I just know I need something better than what I have. Lol

Haha! That makes sense. Thanks for putting it in "beginner" terms for me.

LOL~! Me too. Read the words, understand the words seperately, but don't understand the whole sentance. Hahah...

DH is helping me find a better camera too. I have an OLD OLD SOny Cybershot that has been sent in for repair once already. Need one that takes a clean photo and doesn't reflect the flash back at me! See the photos on my Etsy site and you know what I mean. Some of them even have a bluish tint on it. I really don't know why...

I have a great 9MP camera (also shoots short videos) that I only used a couple times for sale (hubby bought a different one for me for my birthday). Here's the thread if you are interested:
