Just bought one too! I have a huge box in my basement that I was intending on using to make one for myself, but for this price it is well worth it to say forget making my own .

I bought a professional light tent and lights on Ebay that was brand new from someone who only sells photography equipment and I HATE that thing. There is a rather large tent and a small one. It was very cumbersome to use. So, now I use my homemade foam core board, clip on utility lights from Home Depot and daylight light bulbs. I have a regular camera, a Canon A540, and my pics come out pretty good, I think. So, if you missed this deal, you should make your own. My "professional" light tent is collecting dust in my kitchen. I'm giving it to one of my friends. I just need to get it to her house. I attached pics I took using my homemade light tent. I did edit them, so they weren't like this right out of the camera.

I made my own tent as well. I have a photographer friend and he said my pics are really good for a homemade tent. So I just stick with that. It was a breeze to make.

Shelby,

What kind of lighting are you using? Are you photoshopping afterwards?

Here is the tutorial I used to make my light box: http://www.studiolighting.net/homema...t-photography/. I found it about two years ago to take pics of my jewelry. It's pretty snazzy. You can also make it smaller by cutting your boards in half. I left my camera at church, but I'll take a pic of mine for you when I get my camera back tonight.

I use the nvision EcoSmart daylight light bulbs from Home Depot: http://www.homedepot.com/Electrical-...atalogId=10053. Home Depot was the only place I could find them here. I use http://www.photoshop.com to edit. It's free and pretty easy.
