Seems that /Users/lambert/Pictures/iPhoto Library/Originals/2008/Aug 5, 2008/DSC01871.JPG is an image file save on your PC. It has to be uploaded to Internet first. You can upload to photobucket, or our Photo Gallery. Then right click the image to get the location of the image online. Then insert to the post.
