Default Converting a pdf file into a jpg file

Someone sent me images in a pdf file and I need to put them in a jpg file so I can send them to the photo company to print them as 4 X 6 photo. Do any of you know how to convert pdf files into jpg files. TIA

try clicking on the thumbnail - right click it, then hit rename and rename it with the extension .jpg...that might take care of it.
Otherwise, you can pull it up in fotoflexer possibly and then save as.

Thanks. I tried right clicking on the thumbnail but it didn't work. I'm going to try to pull it up on fotoflexer.

I would LOVE to know how to do this also. My wedding photographer sent me half my files like this and I cannot see the darn pics.

here ya go, Ladies:

PDF to JPG software download, convert PDF to JPG / Universal Document Converter

make sure you read the instructions on the site first - it's not as easy as just right-clicking and saving - but it CAN be done.
