Default Picture collage

I want to be creative with my photos and I just recently discovered digi scrapbooking, and saw some great looking templates and overlays....is this what I use? I also have photoshop elements 5.0.

Thanks,
Lisa

I've been using Photoshop CS3 for a lot of the photos projects. I've recently discovered digital scrapbooking as well and absolutely love it! I use ShabbyPrincess.com for some awesome free elements (I've also purchased some really cute elements from her site as well) and Scrapbook-elements.com for some reasonably priced layouts for both digital and hybrid scrapbooking. Good luck & have fun!

I'm totally new here (this is my 2nd post) I hope I didn't break any rules by posting sites.
