Picnik/PSP 9/ ????

What is the best photo editing program out there?
I have PSP 9. It is old.
I normally use picnik online. I am looking for a program that is equivalent to picnik but can run faster. I don't know if you all have the same trouble with picnik...it takes some time to load up. TIA

I have never used it but I have heard some people using something called GIMP. I think it is free to download too.

I use PSPX2 (the latest one) and LOVE it! Not sure about one that would do the same things as picknik, as I am not familiar with what all it does since I have always used my psp! lol Im going to check it out now though!

I still have PSP 7, I love it and ill never upgrade, I dont like the upgrades... but I draw graphics so im picky.

But for photos... for ease of use and its free I would recommend Picasa. For more advanced I would use Photoshop.

I use the latest version of psp as well and love it I dont think I will ever use anything else!

I actually have 2 programs up for sale one is on Ebay as an auction. Its Adobe Design Suite Standard. With InDesign, Illustrator, PDF creator and Photoshop CS 3.

And then there is Paint Shop Pro PhotoX2 and Paint Shop Pro 8 with Animation Shop. If your interested just give me a hollar.

The Design Suite is brand new. Serial number and all discs for the whole thing. Serial never used.
