Default Adding a Watermark using Photoshop Elements 8

I have a custom 'Brush' saved on my pc that I've been using for years to watermark my photos. I recently started using my laptop for editing and can't for the life of me figure out how I made the customized brush. I've been on google for the past 1 1/2 hrs trying to figure it out, as well as searching through a PSE book I bought. If anyone can please help me out I would be so grateful!

I'm about ready to start using photoshop more myself, so I was very interested in this, so I did a quick google search.

Is this what you are looking for?

Please forgive my typos, I'm often on an iPad which is difficult to edit (if I even noticed it changed a word )

What I do is use a saved PNG and just add it to the images. I am not sure if one way is better than the other, but that's what I use!
