Default Adding a Watermark using Photoshop Elements 8

I have a custom 'Brush' saved on my pc that I've been using for years to watermark my photos. I recently started using my laptop for editing and can't for the life of me figure out how I made the customized brush. I've been on google for the past 1 1/2 hrs trying to figure it out, as well as searching through a PSE book I bought. If anyone can please help me out I would be so grateful!

What I do is use a saved PNG and just add it to the images. I am not sure if one way is better than the other, but that's what I use!
