Default Jasmine & Mulan

Here are the instructions for Jasmine - The attachment is the MS Word version.

1) Cut out all your pieces.

2) Heat seal all ends - remember to seal again after making any cuts.
3) Roll top of body to form head. Glue.

4) Fold arm piece in the middle and glue.

5) Wrap shirt around the body, and glue both ends behind the back. Make sure to leave room beneath the head for her neck.

6) Cut straight across bottom of arms and heat seal.

7) Glue arms to back of the body.

8) Glue the middle of the skirt to the body, about 1/4'' of the way down from the shirt.

9) Fold ends forwards over the body, crossing over each other, lining up the ends. Glue together and then to the body at the crossed part.

10) Use wood burner to cut down the middle of the legs lengthwise. This can be done by hand, but be careful when heal sealing the cuts so as not to curl the legs.

11) Cut ends of the legs for feet.

12) Glue legs behind the skirt, adjusting for length.

13) Cut one end of the ponytail in a long angle.

14) Glue hair to the shoulder.

15) Fold rest of the ponytail over the shoulder and glue to the back. Trim excess.

16) Pinch small part of the end of one of the hair sides and glue together. Repeat with other side.

17) Glue pinched part to the back of the head, with the “opening” of the pinch towards the face. Repeat with other side. Make sure the pinched sections slightly overlap at the top of the head. If they are too far apart, the angle of the hair will be wrong and look more Asian (like the one in my pic =P)

18) Fold backwards at an angle and glue to the back of the head. Trim excess. Repeat with other side. Be sure to adjust angle to get the look you want.

19) Roll end of crown to make a small loop and glue.

20) Glue on top of the head and fold back over hair. Glue to back of the head.

21) Repeat step 20 with the topknot. Glue it to top of crown.
22) Voila! 
