List of supplies for one Poodle
1 3 inch piece of pink 7/8 inch grosgrain for face
2 3 inch pieces of pink 3/8 inch grosgrain for ears
12 3/4 inch pieces of black 1/8 inch grosgrain or 12 pom-poms for curls
one tiny basic bow made of pink 1/8 inch ribbon
2 tiny pom-poms
1 med pom-pom
1 lined alligator clip
1/8 inch dowel
glue gun
wood burner
cut and heat seal all ribbon

First take the 7/8 piece for face and fold it in a folded loop, glue the ribbon in a triangle on the top. this will be the base for the rest of the bow
Next take the ear pieces and glue into a simple loop
Glue ears on, lining up edges with the edge of triangle on top. So they lay right along side of the face
Next, this is the time consuming part, put your black 1/8 ribbon under the dowel like this.
Then wrap the ribbon 3/4 of the way around the dowel
Put glue on the end that is sticking up, this is when I am thankful for long fingernails. Then roll the ribbon into the glue. Make all 12 circles like this
When you have all 12 done, make two groups of three circles into triangles, I like to glue all the joints together so they are not on the outside.
Put the groups of three one on each ear.
Then make six circles into a big triangle
Glue the big triangle onto the top. If you don't want to make all the little circles you could glue on pom-poms
Next glue the nose in using a tiny bit of glue, you are going to push it threw the nose hole from the inside out. So if you put in to much glue it will all come out with the pom-pom
Next glue on the eyes
glue it onto the prepared clip, I like to only put glue on the flat part of the dog, that way when you glue it on it makes the nose stick out like a real dogs, it gives it a 3D look. Last is the tiny bow. I also take my wood burner and burn off any extra glue. That way it looks more professional, and you are going to have extra glue in a few places.

TaDa your done!!!
