Is it possible??? ribbon ruffle???
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Can I use ribbon to make a ruffled hem? Does anyone have directions? Thanks so much for your help!!!

Thank You!!! I am wanting to attempt to attached a ribbon that I ruffle on the bottom of a dress (not stretchy). And I am still new to this sewing thing - so now I am off to research how to make fabric ruffles. Ugh - always trying to learn something.
