Ever made a button t-shirt?

Isn't this shirt adorable? Has anyone ever made anything like it? I assume she may glue her buttons on to keep them in place while sewing? I would love to make several of these in different sizes for my nieces who are going to Disney World. Any advice?

Button tees are super easy. What I do is arrange the buttons how I would want them, then I add a SMALL dab of glue just to keep them in place. Then get out the needle and thread. I can do this while watching tv in the evening, it's that simple!!

Verrrrry cute! I never would of thought of using a little fabri-tac! That's a fantastic idea! Then you can sit and sew on the buttons while the kiddos are destroying the house....oops I mean playing!

Seems pretty easy to do. I like the tip on glueing them first then start sewing it. TFS!

Cute and simple. I am not a fan of the tulle on the bum but the flower on the onesie is amazing in its simplicity!
