How do you make a pettiskirt?

Hey, does anyone know a good site that teaches you how to make a pettiskirt? I want to make two for my girls for Halloween.

I told my mummy about this pettiskirt making..lol... and I've been eyeing your kits at Etsy. One question: do we need a ruffler foot for this? or any special foot the sewing machine?

I highly recommend buying the kit! I did and it's fabulous! I haven't finished my skirt yet so I can't post pictures but it's all wonderful and she is great at communicating! I must've asked her a million questions before I purchased! LOL!

I can tell you that she shows you how to use it with the ruffler foot and without the ruffler foot. So you don't need one! I am just using my basic sewing machine and it's getting the job done. HTH!
